card in Oklahoma. Residents living in another state with a valid license in their home state can apply for a temporary
license to "buy, use and grow" medical marijuana from an Oklahoma dispensary.
Current state law requires OMMA to process patient license applications within 14 days of the day application was submitted.
Applicants will receive an email after the application review. If application gets approved, it usually takes about 7 for a card to
